Group Forwarding

The Group forwarding facility ensures that you maintain vital contact with members of staff when you are out of the office.  You simply send a text from your mobile in to a virtual number on the TMC system using a supplied keyword and this will be automatically dispersed to all of the recipients you have assigned to a group with forwarding status. 

Group forwarding is an ideal way of disseminating information quickly and in an emergency when you are not next to a PC and could be deployed for example in a disaster recovery scenario if the evacuation of a building was required.
