Your messages must always get through. That's why we use a number of data centres across Europe and the US, bringing you a texting service that's incredibly fast, reliable and secure.

Reliability

• We guarantee you 99.999% (or 'Five Nines') uptime
• Back up generators, multiple hard drives, dual routers, cooling systems and gel battery power banks make our servers incredibly robust
• If the whole data centre fails or gets cut off from the internet, we will automatically swap over to a totally separate data centre
• We back up all our infrastructure, including the DNS servers

Data Backup

• We endeavour to ensure you'll always be able to send and receive texts
• We mirror our database on a number of machines in different data centres
• Every night all our data is backed up to a secure location outside the network

Multiple delivery streams

• We use a number of carriers, choosing the best one for each country and operator
• If a carrier has problems, we'll automatically switch to another so your message gets through

Delivery confirmation

• We'll send you a delivery receipt for every message you send, so you're always kept up to date

Security

• 128 Bit SSL Encryption
• Keep your password safe and secure, and your messages will only be read by yourself and the person you're sending them to
• Only authorised personnel can enter the Data Centres
• We monitor Data Centres 24/7
• Only you will ever know your TMC password
• We're registered with the Data Protection Agency and follow UK government guidelines for data handling
